OK, I'm clueless - trying to chase down why I don't get hotpage notification -- found stuff going to the error log.   I am getting a 404 error on response. php in live (not in monitor, btw -- but I still don't see stats, etc. )

Anyone have clues on how to un-404 this thing?  For testing, I was doing it across websites, thought maybe that was a problem - so went to the one site itself.   Problem is still there.   Something funky is going on. . .  Is there some reasonable debugger thing / logger maybe so I can see what is happening?
