     Hello,
           we have placed a chat icon in all the pages through out the website which is having more traffic , nearly 20-30,000 users hitting the website per day. Bcoz of that system is getting crashed.So is there a solution for this issue so that system doesn't get crashed.Pls suggest for this.

20-30,000 hits really isn't much at all.  Unless that chat image is horribly huge it shouldn't matter.  Is this on a shared server?  If so it may have been overprovisioned.
