Hi,

I am the admin of the site http://www.mortgagefit.com and I have installed ?Live Help Center? in my site.

Over here, operators can see their transcripts and even can delete it. I want to restrict them to deleting their transcripts. I want only the person having the admin right can do that.

Is it possible? Please let me know how I can do that.

Good question, easy answer no, you can't restrict it.  However I never really thought about it before now, kinda dumb (in many cases) to allow the Op to delete the transcripts.  You'll find a new switch in 2.1.3 that will turn this off.  When I get the modification in, I'll post it in Tips and Tricks for you.

Durn, knew I forgot something, I didn't post that in tips and tricks.  It is in the current beta, however I don't recommend running it on a production server.  Let me wake up a little, and I'll put it in T&T for you.
