Im not sure if this is posted in the correct bit.
I use the live chat for my web site.
When people clicked on my site, the computer would make a noise, which lets me know someone has come onto my site, and if someone wanted a live chat, the screen would pop up and voice would say incoming chat request. 
Since the computer had some windows updates the other day, all it now does it a ding noise on the chat request and when someone visits.  Any ideas how I can get it back to normal please?

You can contact chat software provider which you are using.  I have an Idea of Live2support's chat application.
