No worries, your best bet if trying to interface to the ticket system is to review the forums, currently there is NO working ticket system that is advisable to run. I'm attempting to get the bugs out of eTicket that were affecting the database, however that may take another day or so.
Mondays are aweful here, and I rarely get even a chance to answer emails and PMs...
Anyway, I'll be working on it this evening and hopefully get something out there for tickets.
As for the pages and such, HCL uses the smarty template system to handle output, you would look under templates and either G or Bliss for a standard install.
