I can't seem to find any related posts about this issue, hopefully somebody can help.  I am running version 2. 1. 7.  I have two departments and two operators.  Each operator is only assigned to one department.  When either operator is logged in, they see the visitor traffic from both departments.  Is there anyway to limit this so the operator is only able to see traffic from their respective departments?
