First I should say. . . loving your work. . . 

Then I feel I need to ask. . . what's going on guys??
If possible can you put a stick in the ground and let us all know where this project is exactly??

I ask because I think it's great, but seems to have a few unfinished areas. . . namely the WINAPP (or new version of this locally installed software).
When  I try and obtain a licence I get a 404. . . there seems to be all manor of posts about how and when and where you can get a keygen to activate this software>. . ?? What's that about??
Why can we not simply obtain a licence to use this monitoring software?? Why are we going to keygens and licences that are years old?? LOST!

Anyway, please let us know what the score is dudes. . .  and where are the help files on this WinApp 2. 1. 0 software??
How is it configured to monitor the support site??
