I have logged in as admin. .

clicked Live help.

Changed status to Online.

But on the main page it says we are still offline.  anyone able to help what the issue is?

Recent experimenting.  

The above is only arise in FireFox the script only works in Internet Explore.   This is a big disadvantage.   Is there any solution on fixing this in cross browser or is this script coded in MS-Script

Also Uploaded new On and off line  files will only work in fireFox and wont work in Internet Explorer.

when upload on IE you get a red X and a square.
