Firstly, thanks to everyone who has answered posts previously, they have been of help.

Ok, my issue is that I can't seem to make the online help show as "online".  I realise this has been an issue with alot of folks and have tried all of the suggestions I can find here.  (ie: adding my site as a trusted site zone, upgrading to 2.1.5 etc, CHMOD 777)

The operators always appear as offline, and of course, the help icon always appears as offline.  I just can't seem to make this work.

I am using Internet Explorer 6.  Java Plugin 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6.0

If anyone could please provide any assistance, I would be most grateful!

Did anyone find a fix to this problem?

My operators are always showing offline.   I am correctly setup with departments and assigned to the departments.   I see the departments in the offline message choice.   I am opening up a live help box but it nevers recognizes that I am online.   

I have deleted my installation and database and started fresh but this did not help.   

I have successfully installed this on another server before.

Please, someone tell me if a solution has been found.
