i have a problem connecting to help center live. it used to work so i guess i must have created this problem myself but i thought maybe someone has had the same issue: my urls are duplicating like this:

http://widgets.com/live_help/admin/https//widgets.com/live_help/admin/login.php

any ideas? thanks.

Does this happen when your accessing inside of the admin pages, or any page?

just in case you check this post again, my advice is that you must check your config.php file.  It must only show:
