When a visitor's chat starts (after agent accepts it) .  .   the following errors appear:

Notice: Undefined index: hcl_269 in /home/user/public_html/live/class/chat.  php on line 60
Notice: Undefined index: hcl_269 in /home/user/public_html/live/class/functions.  php on line 106
Notice: Undefined index: hcl_269 in /home/user/public_html/live/class/functions.  php on line 110
Notice: Undefined index: hcl_269 in /home/user/public_html/live/class/functions.  php on line 111
Notice: Undefined index: hcl_269 in /home/user/public_html/live/class/functions.  php on line 112

This seems to happen in Safari and IE7. 

Any ideas?
