Hi i installed HCL free version in localhost and online.
it s working in localhost.  but it does not show chat screen.  it struck with the message 'Please wait while we connect you '.

But online even though i logged in and get it working, it shows offline image in client area.
I echoed operator id and status in script , it shows empty yet i logged in as operator.

Please help me
