Hi

I am having a pblem where new visitors are not appearing in the monitor!

Installed on Windows with IIS
PHP v5
MySQL version 4

Any help appreciated.

Is it this entry in the config. php file:

// Monitor visitor activity as well as chats in the request monitor
        $conf['monitor_traffic'] = true;

That is what it is currently set as.

If I goto the website in question - I show up but it looks like if anyone else visits I get the sound notification but nothing appears on screen and I get no chat requests.
