After submitting my information during set up I get the following message.

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'mdwalle_ruser password: YES) in /hsphere/local/home/mdwaller/gamefaceimaging.com/hcl/class/database.php on line 48
Access denied for user 'mdwalle_ruser (using password: YES)

Can anyone tell where to go from here?

it seems that you are entering the wrong username, check it twice and check there is no space after the username

as you copy it here, it seems that there is an space after the username:

'meqw_ruser '@'76.132.123.12'

it must be

'meqw_ruser'@'76.123.123.12'

did you check it?

nope, on the username just use mdwalle_ruser what i'm telling you is to check if there is no spaces after that user name

on Hostname you can also use localhost

also check that your config.php file is with 777 permissions

note: edit your post and replace the IP address, domain name, and user name with another one.  It's very dangerous to show them on public

before installation you must change the config.php file to 777, after you finish installation you must change it to 644 for security reasons

the setup folder must be erased at all...

I have errased the setup folder and changed the permissions to 644.

How do I begin using the program?

it's working fine now, the problem was folder permissions

To start using the application read the message that appears when logging in the system
