We're glad you came by.  Part of the resurrection of HCL was to get some support and information back on the web.  We aim to do that with this web site.  The first part of the puzzle is to get the forums up, which they now are.  Of course they need some theming and some graphics built, but we'll progress with all of that as we move along.

I hope to get some documentation up both here and at the Source Forge page.  However, at this point my priority is to get HCL up and running again with eTicket, which actually resolves 90% of the bugs in version 2.1.2.  Within a few days (hopefully no nasty bugs crop up!) we will be placing HCL up for testing.  This will both allow testing of the software and some limited live help support.

Now the sad news.  WinApp belongs to UberTec.  It is NOT OPEN SOURCE.  While the community may be able to help each other in it's use and what have you, it's support is not guaranteed.  It is possible that it may be re-released, however that is not even a plan at this point.  This site is currently focused on HCL and mods for HCL.

Michael,

If you need help for translating into French, I am willing to do it. I am in the process to do so for version 1.5. If you want teo release 3.0 already with French, I can help as well. I am looking forward to see 3.0 as at this moment I run another OS for the ticket tagging and this is a problem having two different interface.

thank you very much for your help, I think there is a french file on this forum, so you can take a look at it and if it's Ok, send it to the community so they can use it.
