Hi, I'm having problems with the initiate chat function in Help Center Live 2. 1. 7.   I have set up 4 Operators and 3 Departments.  When I press "Live Help" nothing happens.  I'm using FireFox 3. 0. 4.   The OS is Linix with Apache 2. 2. 10, PHP 5. 2. 6, and MySQL 5. 0. 67-community-log.
