I've searched the forum/Google for CoBrowse and CoForms but can't find any info on how to use it, is this feature unfinished?

Basically you can surf with the person you are assisting.  However it's functionality is currently limited.  Additionally there are some issues with IE that still need to be resolved (thanks B. Gates!) Smiley

I've tried IE7 and FF2 and they look the same, is there something that needs clicking so that the operator can see the customer filling in a form?
