Change the .htaccess file in the cache folder to the following and see if that makes a difference

<Limit GET POST PUT>
Order Allow,Deny
Deny from All
</Limit>

Don't worry.  I'm still working on your other query.

Hello all,

I keep getting this error message, too.
warning fread function. fread length parameter must be greater than 0

My . htaccess file in the cache folder is already set to the suggestion, but the message comes up anyway.

Any other idea how to take care of this message?

There is another error message I keep getting in the operator window:
Notice: unserialize() [function. unserialize]: Error at offset 0 of 4 bytes in . . . hcl/class/database. php on line 335

And my operators get kicked off randomly (after hitting refresh it prompts to login again)

Could this be connected? Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!
Michael
