When Offline
Good morning
I wonder if anyone knows if someone had this problem, I set everything right install the program works normal for 1 day at most 2 days, then he is always offline.
My site is hosted on a host on the Internet is not in place do not know if that influence.
good hopefully someone help me and sorry for my bad English

If everything worked properly at the start, I suggest you ask your host what changes they made on day 2. Could it be that your operator is not online?

I had a question about "Offline" status. When someone writes a message when the operator is offline, does the message go to the admin and where would I view it? Or does the message come to my email? I am not seeing either.
