Good day to all!
I`m from Brazil, so my english is not so good. 

I have installed HCL in my site, but I dont know how to get online, and allow my visitors to talk with me.   How can i do that?

my site is www. facesodontologia. com and the icon of HCL is below, where says "atendimento offline".
