Why anybody does he answer to the topics? . . it seems a dead forum. . .  yet the application HCL is useful and genial.  Moderators don't answer, I don't answer competent people, the admin doesn't respond.  The version 2. 1. 7 seem not to correctly work.  The installation is all right. . .  the configuration is all right. . .  all seems to work. . .  however the chat doesn't work. . .  if a client or an operator send messages they are not seen (thing that doesn't happen with the version 2. 1. 5 that it seems to perfectly work).  Why this does it happen?
