Windows coming into focus

First - can I say - I LOVE this software. We used it to replace some paid software with major bugs and no customer service, and all my operators are overjoyed.
I do have a question though. Version 2.1.5, IE7. If an operator has two chats going on at once, when a customer sends a message it brings that window into focus. Which is great with only one chat, but with two chats, if customer a sends while you're typing to customer b, the text you were typing starts again in teh wrong window. does that make any sense? Is there a way to turn this feature off??

With Bliss template, on top of the chat windows, there is an option Focus [On] [Off].
I think you may simply click the [Off] to let the chat window not to focus.
