For Help Center Live .When a user requests a chat, after about 25 seconds the page goes to "Sorry we were unable to connect you" and prompts them to fill out a ticket. Is their a way to increase the time before that happens to maybe 2 minutes. I was looking for which page to edit and what i need to change.

Help is appreciated.

All the timeouts are currently in the config.php file.

They are hitting the operator timeout.  If your the only operator, it's probably best to raise this to more then 30 seconds which is the default.
