I get this message on every page of Help Live Center
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/var/lib/php/session/sess_jmcq5dhh664el2sko010460uv4, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /home/designs/public_html/livehelp/class/include.php on line 83

I have tried reinstalling and I ran it by "Fantastico De Luxe" in cPanel 11.23.6-Release.
This error doesn't allow any login or help request.

The only way to access it is by FTP and MySQL.
The following details is what you can use to login as.

Does not work with Konqueror or Opera 9.61 neither as client nor operator. Opera 9.24 works fine as client (operator not tested).

My problem is, when a visitor tries to initiate a chat without a nickname, he is redirected to live/main.php?retry. It's obvious, the "departmentid" parameter is lost. So, the visitor gets a warning "choose departement" (dono exactly, translated). Frustrating.

Solutions is simple:
/live/request.php line 75 was:
header('Location: '. $GLOBALS['conf']['url']. '/live/main. php?retry');

This must be:
header('Location: '. $GLOBALS['conf']['url']. '/live/main. php?retry&departmentid='. $departmentid);

If $conf['opdelete'] is set to false, the following error will display when you attempt to delete a transcript:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: admin() in [YOURHOSTINGPATH]/admin/transcripts.php on line 59

It would be better to remove the delete buttons when building the transcripts.php page if $conf['opdelete'] is false to avoid confusion.

Clicking on the link "Updates" in the bottom of the admin page sends one to this page :
http://[mydomain]//admin/update.php

I am told here that there is an update available.

Then when clicking on "Click here to download the latest version" you will be send to this page :
http://www.helpcenterlive.com/project/showfiles.php?group_id=93857&package_id=99667
but only thing shown is this
Not Found
The requested URL /project/showfiles.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi! amazing software so far, untill 3 days ago when we wouldn't be able to get "online": have gone through forum, have re-installed software on a brand new SQL, at a new directory, but impossible to get "online".

SQL Errors sending chat ID to hcl_polling table during chat request. Chatid field type is int(255) while getting parameters to chatid field like 'op_4' or 'op_1' in char format, depends on operator number to which departtment you'd like to connect.
Changing chatid field type to char gives a result in no error, but browser on client side after admin received and initiated chat does not show any messages. Like in Bug N1
